If you need the stability of knowing that you have got X amount of bandwidth per month then the Basic accounts are just for you. All F5 ISP ADSL international bandwidth is supplied via fibre optic links on the undersea SAT3 cable and not via Satellite like some other ISP's. This gives you a FASTER surfing experience without all the latency. Plus there is no need to add fancy proxy settings or any other 3rd party software. Just add our F5 ISP username and password to your router and you are ready to go. Fresh Shaped access are normal month to month billed accounts. The remaining bandwidth does not carry over to next month. If you are looking for that service then please look at our Prepaid accounts.
Bi-Fresh Semi Shaped access: NEW! See our exciting new package that gives you the best of both worlds. Shaped and Unshaped. It's a fiber account that is a normal shaped bandwidth account on weekdays 7am to 5pm and an unshaped bandwidth account, ALL of the remaining time. This gives you the opportunity to use unshaped bandwidth, in the evenings and weekends when you need it, for gaming, streaming, radio, IPTV, P2P and other specialised software, all with much reduced ping (delay) times, and you still have your normal shaped account during the day.
Whichever activity you are doing, or leaving your PC to do, all the available bandwidth will be used for this application or protocol. This service offers you unshaped international bandwidth and a higher data transfer rate. In other words, all internet protocols will have the same priority and the bandwidth will be used equally.
This access provides you with internet access to sites which are hosted in South Africa only, which means that you will not be able to browse any international sites.
